These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of our staffing services and define the relationship between MFJ Construction LLC (“we,” “our,” or “the Company”) and its clients (“Clients”) and temporary workers (“Workers”). By using our services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
- Services
1.1 Provision of Personnel
MFJ Construction LLC provides recruitment, selection, and placement services for both temporary and permanent personnel, primarily serving the construction sector. We are committed to delivering qualified and reliable workers tailored to the specific needs of each client.
1.2 Relationship Between the Parties
All assigned workers will remain employees of MFJ Construction LLC for all legal purposes, including payroll administration, taxes, insurance, and applicable benefits. The client is not authorized to alter the worker’s employment terms without prior written consent from the Company.
- Client Obligations
2.1 Working Conditions
The client is responsible for providing a safe work environment, necessary equipment, and clear instructions for the proper performance of assigned tasks. The client must also comply with all applicable labor and safety laws and regulations.
2.2 Compensation and Billing
Services will be billed according to the rates established in the accepted contract or proposal. Billing is conducted on a weekly basis (unless otherwise agreed), and payment must be made within a maximum of 30 calendar days.
2.3 Cancellations or Modifications
Any cancellation or change in personnel assignments must be communicated to MFJ Construction LLC at least 48 hours in advance. Otherwise, the client will be responsible for the cost of the originally scheduled workday.
- Worker Obligations
Temporary workers agree to:
- Follow the client’s instructions at the assigned job site.
- Perform duties with professionalism and work ethics.
- Adhere to the client’s internal rules and policies.
During the assignment period, the worker remains under the employment of MFJ Construction LLC and is subject to our internal policies.
- Privacy and Cookie Policy
4.1 Use of Cookies
